ClickBank has first $1 million day

BROOMFIELD - ClickBank hit the $1 million revenue mark in a single day for the first time in the company's eight-year history.
ClickBank is an online retailer of products and services and is in the top 10 of pure play Internet retailers according to Internet Retailer, an online industry analyst.
"A $1 million day is a very important milestone for us," said Bob King, chief executive of ClickBank, in a prepared statement. "Our business model relies on providing a wide variety of products and choices to our online business community. Clearly, such volume demonstrates our model is effective."
The company had $200 million in revenue in 2006.
ClickBank, which opened in 1998, is a subsidiary of Boise, Idaho-based Keynetics Inc. The company's Web site is www.clickbank.com.
